Three more tries to the HSBC Waratahs on the weekend saw another $1500 raised from their Round 2 Super 14 clash with the Chiefs on Saturday.

The Waratahs are helping a good cause every time they cross the tryline this season thanks to their major sponsor HSBC.

HSBC is donating $500 for every try scored, and $1000 for every fourth try scored by the Waratahs, to the Score for Charity program, which raises money for HSBCkids.

HSBCkids is the tutoring and mentoring program run by HSBC and children's charity Barnardos.

Tries to Ben Jacobs, Sam Harris and Lote Tuqiri saw $1500 raised in Round 2, which brings the season tally to $3000.

That total is set to grow this weekend when the HSBC Waratahs travel to Dunedin to take on the Highlanders.
